Unable to change starting date for System log

Hi,

 

While generating system log, I'm unable to STARTING DATE to generate system log.

Please share if I'm missing on any step.

Navigation followed Library -> Audit Log -> plus sign -> System Log

Also, to ask if the System Log contains Version updation entries also ?
