Experts,

           Time card approval has been configured using "LineManagerRule" which is having the below rule

HierarchyBuilder.getManager("supervisory",Task.payload.process.Requester,-1,null,"LINE_MANAGER")

Note  Doc ID 2522320.1 recommends the above solution. Still when there is a manager change the Time card approval is erroring with " ORABPEL-30082  WorkflowServiceEngine request to another component failed"

Transaction console is just having "Terminate Process" and "Recover". Tried recovering option but no luck. whether resubmitting the Time card from ESS will solve this?
