Fusion HCM offers 3 types of flexfields - >Key , Descriptive and Extensible flexfieds .
a) Can anyone share the experience in the implementations which ones they have used as an equivalent of special information types (SIT in Oracle EBS) in fusion HCM ,as there is no SIT concept in fusion HCM.
b) also the equivalent of Extra Information types (EIT in Oracle EBS) . One can directly use EIT in Oracle EBS as Extensible flexfield in Fusion HCM.
