When will autonomous databases be upgraded to 19c?

Hi,
 Given that 19c has been out for a while on Exadata, and is now available on premises (Linux/SPARC Solaris), is there a ballpark date for when 19c will be available on ATP/ADW?

I know customers should't care about what DB version or patchset autonomous is running on, but I'm keen to review the Auto-Indexing feature of 19c :-)
