Summary

This post shares some tips for you to set up the rule set for your procurement business unit if you want to utilize event based initiatives and qualifications to qualify your suppliers automatically.

The business events on the rule set include supplier registration, supplier registration approval, and supplier promotion.

  1. Conditions

For each business event, the questionnaire will be generated based on the conditions and qualifications area included on the rule set.

You can provide conditions so that certain qualification areas show up based on different conditions.

For example, if you want to collect responses on general information from every supplier, you can list the qualification area under the condition of “Always displayed”. Then the area will appear in all the questionnaires.
