Notification Activity is not working on OIC – when receiver & sender email has the same domain
We have added no-reply@customerdomain.com under OIC > Settings > Notifications as “Sender Email Address” and check the flag “Use for system Notification”.
Notification – From: no-reply@customerdomain.com
Notification – To: monitorintegration@customerdomain.com
We are not receiving any email to the “monitorintegration@customerdomain.com”.
Do we need to whitelist OIC IP address(es)? Oracle email/SMTP servers?
Note: if we change the “Notification – To” email address to a generic domain (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) different from the “customerdoamin.com” it works.
