Can we customize greetings message as Welcome ?

Hi All,

We are in R13.19A version and we want to customize the greetings message (Good Morning <Person Display Name>) in home page as Welcome <Person First Name>. Can anyone help me whether this is feasible or not and how can we achieve this ?
