New Absence and Workforce Structures Style not showing in 19B

Summary

After upgrade to 19B, we are supposed to see an updated UI on the Absence Admin Pages and Workflow Structures work areas. Also the panel drawers are supposed to updated and allow searching for tasks.

Navigation was through My Client Groups -> Workforce Structures
