I am in process of implementation of newsfeed. When a manager submit a change manager transaction, the approval path is set as follows new manager-HR. Now when new manager opens the work list after enabling of newsfeed, he can see a message that he does not have authorization to see the manage change details in the worklist. The message is correct.

Now we did not have this problem with classing UI because new manager can see the details in work list (BPM) and we did personalization to hide the link which available in work list to directs manager to to application. New manager just approves it and it go to HR .After HR approval its committed to database then new manager starts having access to employee.
