Are there Time and Labor records that we can check backend to check the current OTL config?

Hi,

I am just wondering if it is possible to check the current OTL configurations (Time Category, Time Consumer Sets, Layout Sets , etc) via Backend? 

 

Any inputs will be appreciated!
