VBCS Apps Not Listed

VBCS apps not listed after creation

I have imported a new application into VBCS.  It shows initially, but after some time the app is no longer shown on the main home screen.  Other people on my team can see it, but I can not.  I notice that it is calling this service:

/builder/resources/application/applist?appName=&orderBy=time&orderDir=desc&myApps=t&appsIAdmin=f&latestVersions=f&abcsProjectType=f&vbcsProjectType=t&maxProjectType=f&template=f&development=f&stage=f&live=f&liveLocked=f&obsolete=f&offset=0&count=10

It returns: {"items":[]}

I have tried clearing my cache, running in incognito mode, and disabling my cache in chrome devtools, but still no luck.  How can I get this app to display for me since I am the one that created it?
