No Scheduled Processes history for users prior to Feb-2019

Administrator has access to all historical processes in Scheduled Process but the users cannot view processes prior to Feb-2019


As an administrator in Fusion, I have access to all processes in Scheduled Processes.  However, I do not have access to the user's output files generated from processes.  Due to one of the SRs requested to provide output files, I went to the user and found that his Scheduled Processes showed nothing prior to Feb-2019.  The same happened to other users.  When did this change?  What's the justification?  Without those Output files, we no longer can perform comparison between quarterly updates.  Although we can use the log files, the output files are easier to understand.  Even the SR supports requested for output files.
