Dear experts,

I am in the process of implementing HR Help desk at  client. What we noticed in the Category field is that although it is possible to select Category and Sub Category. The UI only displays the value of the field sub category in the field titled Category. The value of the field Category is nowhere on the screen. Is this a known Bug? Is there any possibility for this to change in near future? Is there a way to fix this?
