Private Communication in HR Helpdesk

My client has a requirement where they want the communication between Help Desk Agent and HRBP (so not an Agent) with whom they would communicate using the e-mail functionality in the HR Help Desk to be marked private so that the Employee/ Primary Contact is not able to view the conversation.
As far as I know the only functionality we have at the moment is to secure the Notes, so that only Agents would have access to them. The conversation in the SR is always visible to the Primary Contact.
