How to Edit a Learning Initiative Due Date

Need help in editing a Learning Initiative Due Date

Content

Hi all,

Senior leadership has decided to change the due date on the Annual Training courses.  The Annual Training courses are bundled into a Specialization.  I need to move back the due date for the Initiative that we assigned in March.  Some employees have taken and completed the courses already.  Others have not even opened the courses.

Currently the Initial Due Date Option fields are grayed/locked out for me when I select the Initiative and select Edit.(see attached screenshot)

How do I go about editing this date?  I have thought about cancelling the initiative and assigning a new one with the correct date.  However I don't want to double assign the specialization as this is the first year we are using this system and I cannot cause more confusion for the end users.
