Unable to enable IM features in Oracle SCM

IM features doesn't persists after opting in in Offerings

Hi,

I've received a demo instance with Implementation role. I tried to enable Ideas, concepts, portfolios in IM by navigating through Offerings -> Product management -> Change feature Opt-In- > Checked the boxes under Enable column for all the below features - Product Requirements and Idea Management. and then click on Done.

Though I enabled, I don't see the Ideas link enabled. 

When I verify again in features , the enabled box is automatically unchecked.

pls advise, why the selection is not persists.
