Employees have different shifts every week and different weekoffs

Hi,

 

We have a requirement where for certain employees shift changes every week and each employee have different week offs in every week.

So, is there any way that we can manage that or we have to create shifts every week because that will increase manual effort.

We are using OTL and absence management both ans we have to manage in both the places.
