Fast Formula for Abence Plan Eligibility
Content
Hi,
I try to set up a fast formula which can be included in an eligibility profile for an absence plan.
The fast formula should return Eligible: Yes in case the hire date is smaller then the end date of the absence plan.
The fast formula should return Eligible: Yes in case the hire date is smaller then the end date of the absence plan.
I created below formula for this, however I get the following error for line 14: Formula XXHES_ELIGIBILITY_HIRE_DATE, line 14, conflicting type usage.
The ABS_EXT_PLN_START_DATETIME is a date value and number index array. Could you please help how to get the right formula so that employees who joined the company in 2019 do not get enrolled into absence plans of 2018. Thank you!
