Idea Lab: Use Default Assignment Rules when assigning in Communities

I submitted a request to the idea lab to use Default Assignment Rules set up for a course when it is placed in a community

The default assignment rules are ignored/wiped out by OLC when you add learning to a community.  I can understand how sometimes learning should not follow the expiration/renewal when put into a community, but some learning has rules because of regulations (CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens, Lockout-Tagout, etc.).  Not providing an option to use those rules makes it difficult to manage learning consistently.
