Rationale behind holding Transfer & Secondment details on Manage Person (UAE Legislative info)

Content

Hi,

In one of the recently conducted workshops for an UAE customer, they  noticed that Transfer & Secondment information was on Manage Person > Legislative Information (UAE) screen.. So they were curious to know what is the rationale behind having those fields there (& why not on Assignment or Work relationship) ?

Under what circumstances we would be required to capture "Transfer & Secondment" information in Manage Person ? Any thoughts..?

Regards, Raghu
