Time card transferred to Payroll with success and failure

Hi All,

I am working on a report to get details of

1. Timecards transferred to Payoll.

2. Time cards not transferred to Payroll due to error and 

3. Time card exceptions.

We are looking for clue on what table scan be used for checking the status.

Has anyone worked on such requirement before. Any pointer will be helpful.
