We have developed a Smart View templates, I have used function builder 'HsGetValue' to retrieve the data from Essbase.

The retrieve of the data is fine, however, when I send the report to management via email, when they open the excel template, they see that all the cells displays as 'NO CONNECTION'.

For management, they would not required to retrieve the data, can some one please suggest, why it is displaying 'NO CONNECTION' instead of already retrieved numbers in the report. We are using 11.1.2.5.210 version of SV. Thanks in advance.
