Need help with personalization in terminate (Manage Work Relationship) page

In classic UI, I was able to do a personalization in "Manage Work Relationship" page to default new manager value for direct reports as manager's manager while terminating a manager. When I look at terminate page in NewsFeed (search for proposed manager), I don't see any option to default it. Is it possible for someone to guide me how I can achieve this requirement.

 

Please refer attached document to understand how I did this in classic UI.
