SmartView error in connection

Unable to open Doclet through SmartView

We are facing an issue while using EPRCS with SmartView

SmartView (package + extension) is installed without any issue.

However, after establishing SmartView connection, on ‘Checking out’ the doclet, system gives an error and no further activity could be performed.
