Hi All,

We are creating a custom Extract to pull all active employees in any company based on the company paramater selected at runtime. We used the below Criteria Condition:

EXISTS(SELECT 1 

FROM 

HR_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F_TL LE

WHERE 

ASG.LEGAL_ENTITY_ID=LE.ORGANIZATION_ID

AND (LE.NAME=pay_report_utils.get_parameter_value('COMPANY')) 

        AND SYSDATE BETWEEN LE.EFFECTIVE_START_DATE AND LE.EFFECTIVE_END_DATE

)

But we also need to fetch all companies when the company parameter is left blank. We get performance issue when we try to handle this in the Criteria as shown below:
