FCCS : Opening balance for first month issue

Hi Gurus,

After I run consolidation, my closing balance of Dec(last month of prev yr) is not copied to Jan(First month of Next Year). Feb onwards it works fine. Can anyone please help with this and let me know what am I doing wrong here.
