How to send/push Purchase order into another applications?

Dear,

Can anyone does this work. how to send or push purchase order which is created in fusion application and want to push them into another application. I think it is worked on web services but i cant find. I find (get purchase order and find purchase order web services) but cant find push or send purchase order web services.

My organization requirement is when we create purchase order in fusion its automatically send in other applications. means fusion integrate with other application through web services or any other solution.
