Cannot select values in Geography Hierarchy field, despite the hierarchy has been created when creat

Hello,

when creating locations, I would like to fill the Geography Hierarchy field, but I cannot as the system cannot find any values, despite the geography hierarchy has been created according to the following document: Case Study: How to Set Up a Geography Tree, and link to a Calendar Event? (Doc ID 1304840.1).

How can I make that field editable?
