           After 19B upgrade, HCM groups evaluation behaves differently. Group evaluation is scheduled to run daily. When comparing the log file before 19B upgrade and after 19B upgrade, noticing that the Select statement is missing after 19 B upgrade. Any one else is facing this issue.  How to fix this?
