Hi All,

Contingent worker start date in HCM is 01/23/2015. As an Contingent worker, he is terminated in 10/02/2016 and hired as an employee on 07/10/2017. Now client don't to maintain any contingent worker data in HCM, so we deleted all work relationships on employee records and contingent worker record. 

When we try to load his employee data into HCM using HDL, we are getting error: "You must provide only one parent record Worker and it must start on the earliest effective start date and not have an end date"
