Want to change a task title in BPM worklist

Hello,

I am trying to change a task title in BPM work list from 'Termination' to 'Leaver Process'

The title on the termination task is not editable, but the one for promotion is (please see attached)

Can anybody please advise why this is not editable / how I can therefore update this?
