Hi All,

We have huge problem and we don't know why it is happening.

We realised whenever "Refresh Transaction Administrator Console Transaction Status" process run our absence entries which were waiting for approve turned to denied. We didn't run this process, it is automatically run. We lost today 180 Absence Entries that waiting for approve and with this bad luck we realised that we lost even more from time to time before days. (Total 355 Entries. Some days we lost 1, some days more). We have concern maybe we will lose more in time. So, we raised an SR but I wanted to ask here if anyone had same issue.
