DM workflow missing from target after application migration

After migrating an FCCS application from TEST to PROD under version 19.05, all seems to be fine, but the worksflow menu is not visible under DM workbench ( see attached screenshot).

We are not sure how to remedy to this and if there is an option to set for this to display.
