Hello,

With the new Mobile Responsive UI for Performance Reviews, is it the intention that when we run eligibility for the reviews that we create them in the process?  Am I understanding correctly that the step where Managers/Colleagues Create the performance document is no longer there?  They will only see created documents on their Performance Page?
