Agent mail trigger issue

Hi,

I have created a agent. In 'Delivery Content' tab I have given content as 'Briefing Book' with PDF format , and also configured mail ids in Recipients' tab, after agent ran successfully, I am getting mail to personal mail Id but not for organizational mail id , what could be the issue please?
