Hi,

Does anyone allow Managers to award Compensation to their Direct Reports using the Manage Compensation functionality?  If yes, do any of the Elements have an Input Value defined as a Date field?  If yes, do you have the problem whereby the Date is in the US Date Format and not the UK Date Format (see screen shot below)?

We've experienced this sort of Date issue previously and I cannot understand why Oracle are delivering functionality which is not Global. I will raise another SR for this issue but I shouldn't need to do this.
