Can the Learn Rest API make calls to Classic Groups?

We are still using classic groups and have migrated to an internal custom integration using Rest API.   When trying to make a call to get a list of groups we are getting zero returns.  We have referenced the GET commands available on the API Reference sheet but not seeing any other options than /learnCenters/{learnCenterId}/groups .

Does this not work with "classic groups" or is there another call?
