Metadata Validation error after 19.05 updates

All the base account "exchange rate type" property became invalid after the 19.05 update

We have configured all the balance sheet and Pl accounts with time balance property as flow and assigned the exchange rate type property as Ending and average respectively. After the update to 19.05, all accounts properties became invalid for exchange rate type. if i change this property to no rates the potential impact will be on translation as balance sheet TB property is also flow.

please let me know if you see the same issue and what are the step19.05s taken to resolve it.
