Absences withdrawn are still on time cards

Hi We have both Absence management and time and labor. Whenever there is a PTO applied by our users that will be show up on timecard too.

Now the problem is when this is withdrawn by the employee, it would still show up on time card as active. 

Is there anyway this can be deleted too. right now this is being deleted by using HDL. But we are looking at a configurable solution which would delete those entried from time card when they are withdrawn.

Please let me know your inputs on the same.
