We are using the User Learning Plan Mappings bulk loader for the first time to load a large group into a learning plan.  All appeared to be going smoothly until we realized the learning plan does NOT show complete when the user satisfies the completion requirements. We did not bulk load a completion date as the training was not yet completed, it is not a required field. 

When we take someone who was bulk loaded out of the learning plan and re-add them manually, they move over to completed on the learning plan with no change on the learning items.
