Is anyone currently using HCM Learning to record and track tuition reimbursement requests? We have the need to use manager (HR) approvals for approximately 200 employees company-wide (US based). Looking for best practices or steps others might have explored to use the current system-functionality.
We looked into the non-catalog learning item and like the format i.e. free text box, required fields, routing for approval, notification alerts via bell and email for employee/manager. Right now we have a very manual process in place using Excel spreadsheets and manually sending emails. Would like to automate the approval process more and have ability to generate a report on open/past due requests.
