Front Loaded Accrual Plan - Length of Service

Summary

Front Loaded Accrual Plan - Length of Service

Content

Hi, we have a requirement to have a front loaded absence plan, with the Plan Term Type Calendar Year (01-Jan), the plan will look at length of service to determine the entitlement in days eg -

5 year service - 26 days

10 years - 27

15 years - 28

The requirement is for the additional days service to be added on the date of the service anniversary. So for example my 5 year service date is 29th May 2019, the additional 1 day should be added to my annual allowance on 29th May 2019.

Does anyone know if this can be achieved with a front loaded plan and how we would achieve it? My current accrual formula is currently adding the additional days leave in the following plan year (01-Jan-2020) rather than added the additional day on the long service anniversary date.

Howdy, Stranger!
