Integration between learning items and radar graph

Hi all,

I have an issue with the integration between job profile radar graph and learning items.

In particular, I evaluated an employee that had some gaps in competencies (a difference between evaluation and target). One of these competencies was added also as an outcome for a learning course (If you will completed the course, you will receive a 4 rating for the competency). Attached the screen

Then, I log in into the career planning module with the employee who had the competency gap. He clicked on the competency with the gap and added a development goal with inside the course that will increase the competency rating.
