Page redirect via an Image

How do you code a page redirect by clicking on an Image.

Learn Classic Pages.

I have a need to be able to Click on an Image and be redirected to a specific Learn Center Page.   I am unable to figure this out using Classing pages.  I've tried the hyperlink, but I guess I'm not using the correct code.

I know you can do it with they Dynamic link for a word, but I need it do be an Image.  Click on the image and you are redirected to another page within the Learn Center.

Any suggestions?
