My Client Groups - Quick Actions additional access which the Role does not have access too



Can someone explain if the Quick Actions under My Client Groups & My Teams should only display the Quick Actions applicable to that menu?  E.g. I have a test Employee and have assigned the seeded Compensation Administrator role - when the Employee logins in they have access to other Quick Actions under My Client Groups which is not applicable to the Compensation Administrator role.  For example, under Quick Actions for the Employee they have access to:

- Manage Document Records
- Manage Work Relationship
