Where is the HCM TRANSACTION DESIGN STUDIO ?

Hello,

When I look at the "HCM_19A_Transaction_Design_Studio_FINAL" document and I follow the steps: 

  1. Add the role "Human Capital Management Application Administrator"
  2. Enable a sandbox and then edit pages at the Site level.
  3. Navigate to My Client Groups > Show more > HCM Experience Design Studio.  => I just see the HCM Page configurator not an another button (?)
