Attaching a type of course to the development goal

Hi all,

if the competence is set as a learning outcome, the employee has the possibility to add a new development goal with the contextual learning inside (in the career development page).

In this way, the employer attaches a learning course (with as an outcome the maximum competency rating) to the development goal, and this course appeared in the learning section. Is it possible to attach not a learning outcome but rather a type of course?

The goal would be using this mode of assignment in the career development module for managers, so we would like that managers could see only the courses created for this type of working population.
