Printing a Certificate - browser rendering differs slightly from printed image

edited Jun 3, 2019 7:28PM in Taleo Learn 1 comment

Summary

When printing my certificate the text is partially cut off on right side of page. On the browser window it looks good, but when I click Print there is a small part missing.

Content

I created a certificate and attached to a course. When I click on the certificate icon in My Learning History, the certificate launches and looks great. I click on Print and the print preview image (and also when I do print the doc) shows the far right side of my Course Name DO cut off (in my example attached, it's the word "Course" - only shows part of the word).

Howdy, Stranger!
