Hi,

I am not able to apply back dated leave for an No entitlement absence plan, please find the details below.

I created a No entitlement absence plan and attached this plan to an absence type.

This absence type has some new requirement so as of 01-may-2019 we added new effective date row for this absence type.

Now employee are not able to apply leaves for this absence type previous to 01-may-2019, for example employee is trying apply leave as of 29-apr-2019 and system is saying that no work schedule assigned. But for that employee work schedule is assigned. if I am applying leaving after 01-may-2019 system is allowing leave.
