Benefit Enrollment VS Actual

We are finding that employees enrolled in a benefit and their actual element amounts from the payroll may be different. Is there a report or can someone give me guidance on how I can determine an employees YTD enrolled benefit "communicated amount" vs the actual deducted YTD on their pay slips?
